Sampling Analysis Report

The Sampling Analysis Report allows Finance teams to perform a detailed review and analysis of claims across all entities, regardless of period. It helps identify trends, anomalies, or irregularities for auditing purposes.

Importance of the Sampling Analysis Report

  • Auditing: Supports identification of irregularities or anomalies in claim data.

  • Trend Analysis: Highlights patterns in claims across entities.

  • Compliance: Ensures alignment with organizational policies and financial regulations.

Steps to Generate a Sampling Analysis Report

  1. Access the Sampling Analysis Report:

    • Navigate to the Sampling Analysis Report option in the Reports Side Menu.

  2. Set Filters and Parameters:

    • Use the dropdowns to specify filters such as:

      • Claim Type.

      • Claim Status (required).

      • Company (Entity).

      • Job Group.

      • Claim Cycle.

      • Claim Categories and Items.

      • Finance Checking Start and End Dates.

    • Optionally, check the "Flagged Claims Only" box to isolate flagged claims.

  3. Generate the Report:

    • Click on the "Generate" button to create the report. The filtered data will appear in the table below.

  4. Export the Report:

    • Use the "Export Report" button to download the report in Excel format for further analysis.

To generate a Sampling Analysis Report across all entity:

  1. From the side menu, click on Sampling Analysis Report.

  2. Use the available dropdowns to set the necessary filters and parameters to narrow down your report:
    Claim Type, Claim Status (required), Entity, Job Group, Claim Cycle, Claim Categories, Claim Items, Finance Checking Start Date and End Date.

  3. You can also check the box for Flagged Claims Only if you want to filter flagged claims.

  4. Click the Generate button to create the report. The data will be displayed in the table below.

  5. After reviewing the generated report, click the Export Report button to download the report as an Excel file to your device.
