Payroll Payment Report

The Payroll Payment Report enables users to manage and generate payroll-related claims reports for different claim cycles and entities. This ensures accurate allocation of payroll expenses and financial compliance.

Steps to Generate a Payroll Payment Report

  1. Access the Payroll Payment Report:

    • Navigate to the Payroll Payment Report option in the Reports Side Menu.

  2. Select Claim Status:

    • Use the dropdown to choose the status of claims (e.g., PENDING_DOC_REVIEW, APPROVED, ON_HOLD).

  3. Choose Entities:

    • Select one or multiple companies/entities from the dropdown menu.

  4. Select Claim Cycles:

    • Choose one or multiple claim cycles from the dropdown menu.

  5. Generate the Report:

    • Click on the "Generate Payroll Payment Report" button to display the results in the listing table.

    • The table includes details like:

      • Employee Names and Codes.

      • Claim Status and Amounts.

      • Submission Dates.

  6. Export the Report:

    • Use the "Export Payroll Payment Report" button to download the data in an Excel format.

The report provides:

  • Employee Name and Code: Identifies the claimants.

  • Claim ID and Item: Details individual claims.

  • Claim Amount and Status: Specifies the financial details and approval status.

  • Submission Dates: Tracks when claims were submitted.

  • Job Group: Categorizes claims by specific organizational groups.
