Recommended SOP User's Password and Policy

Password Creation Policy:

Password must meet the same complexity rules as end user passwords, including containing all the following:

• At least one capital letter 
• At least one lower case letter
• At least one numeric character
• At least one special character

Password Log In and Changing Policy:

• DO NOT perform "SAVE PASSWORD" in the desktop or Laptop

• Users must change passwords at least every 60 days to one that is different from the previous 24 hours used
• Password length and complexity must meet the policies stated above
• When a user's password is initially set or reset by a system administrator, the user MUST change the temporary password the first time they use it 

Termination of User or Activity Policy

• Inactive the user at system under /wiki/spaces/WMS/pages/13697324
• CLEAR History and Cache on user's desktop or laptop
