- GO Control Panel (Top Right) > System admin > Manager Users > Add New User

Go to "Add New User" tab and fill in the text box according to the given requirement. Item with " * " is compulsory to fill in. Please refer to Image B and Image C.

Password* | Alphanumeric for username and password, minimum of 5 characters. |

Last Name* | Fill in the Last Name |
Role Name* | Select a position/role name in the drop down list |
Default Branch* | Select branch |
Default Locale | Select language |
- Go to tab “Optional” and add additional information, apply restriction to each user for example user Valid date and Password Expiry Time. Click “Add Now” to save.
- Created User details will be listed in the table (ref. Image E). Please refer to the Image D and Image E.
*Scenario if the plug-in information do not meet the system requirement : Pop up notification will alert the user provided with the instruction given. Close the Pop up notification, the text box will default to empty and user have to re-key in the information.

5. upload user :
1. fill in the template
2. create role name in system (Control Panel -> System Admin -> Manage User -> Add & Remove Role)
3. upload user (Control Panel -> System Admin -> Manage User -> Upload User
