Menu Path: Customer > Membership Program > Member Card > Create
This functions to register new membership card for new customers.
Number 1
- Select Branch and click Submit
Number 2
- The Account Info will be generated by the system
- Enter the Assigned Card Number → refer to EMP Configuration - Customer on Membership Program
- Enter the Card Valid Date → by default is 1 year from the current date. Changing the 'Valid From' date manually, the 'Valid To' will still remain the same as earlier (not 1 year automated). Thus, the 'Valid To' date shall also be changed manually
- Select Salesman
- Key In Customer's Personal Information → refer to EMP Configuration - Customer for compulsory information needed
Number 3
- Key In Annual Membership Fee → if any
- Key In Remarks→ if any
Number 4
- Key in Other Details Information → if any
- User can configure the Drop Down List to add selection on "Profession", "Education Level", "Nationality" and "Ethnic"
Number 7
- Select Member Card Logic → refer to Drop Down List under "Membercard Type" Category
- Key in Tax Configuration → if any
- Click Create New Member Card Now
NOTES:
- User need to set the membership creation configuration prior customer's registration
- Advisable to consistently set the configuration. Either to be I.C. automated or Numbers displayed on the card. This is to ease your identification and search purposes for customers → refer to EMP Configuration - Customer
- The Birth Date can also be automated from the I.C. number by setting the configuration → refer to EMP Configuration - Customer
- Advised not to change the configurations and permissions after a few customers are registered as membership. Unless, the company is changing the membership program policy.
