 Menu Path: System Admin > EMP Configurations > Customer > Customer Account Creation Configuration

 Number 1
  • Default Credit Limit and Enabled Credit Limit Dropdown List 

  • Fill up the Default of Customer Credit Limit and Drop Down List Upon to change the page layout at Customer Maintetance  → click Submit

  • Default Credit Terms

  • Fill up the Default of Customer Credit Term 1 and enabled dropdown list to change the page layout at Customer Maintenance → Click Submit

  • Credit Term Naming Scheme

  • Edit the Naming Scheme of Customer Credit Terms to change the page layout at Customer Maintenance → Click Submit

  • Creation Field Display Options and Warning Messages

  • Add Display Options or Warning Message to change the page layout at Customer Maintenance upon confirm and save→ Click Submit

 Number 4
  • Phone Extension Option

  • Add Phone Extentions for Land and Mobile Phone to change the page layout at Customer Maintenance → Click Submit

 Number 5

  • Tick to enable the IC Checking upon Create Customer and click Submit → to prevent duplication

  • Complusory Fields for Personal Account

 Number 7

  • Compulsory Fields for Corporate Customer Account

  • Tick which information is compulsory on Customer Maintenance → Click Submit
  • Personal Type Customer → Identity Number is Complusory

  • Corporate Type Customer → Company Registration Number is Complusory
