System wide settings

• System Admin > EMP Configurations > System
• SMTP - Simple Mail Transport Protocol
  -You are able to receive emails automatically from EMP whenever something arises. Example situation - User companies who sells online may want to get notification whenever a sales or payment is made. This is when this function come into handy.
  -Enter your email address, user name and password. 
  -Then click 'Submit'.
• Documents Running Number - The reference number for every transaction or documents. 
  -Blank / Global - Default number or the PKID number where every number is unique.
  -Branch-specific - Numbers assigned according to the branches but 2 branches may have the same number as it is not unique.
