  1. Go to Setting > Device > (Printer Name) > Manage your device > Printing Preferences > Manager

  2. Set the printing profile for the width and the length.

 

Check this setting and set it to Top.

 

3. Reprint cashsale > Print Preview > More Settings > Select the correct Paper Size > Print > Check the cashsale receipt size
