Vehicle History Listing

Menu Path: Trading > Job Sheet > Workshop > Job Sheet > Vehicle History Listing

Step 1: User need to Create Internal and External labels under Label Listing with Jobsheet Type

Step 2: Create Workshop Jobsheet

Notes:

• Please choose the Label Option from the dropdown list
• Internal means its is for company's car only which user does not want to issue any tax invoice
• When user do not want to issue any tax invoice for "intera; car, Stock Adjustment function needed to be performed to deduct the stock from the system.
• External means its for normal customer's car.

Example of Workshop Jobsheet

Step 3: Generate Report → Vehicle History Listing

• Key in Keyword or select Customer Code/Vehicle for search function
• Key in Vehicle Number → if known
• Select Branch → controlled by permissions
• Select Date From and To
• Select Label → blank means ALL
• Select State → default is closed
• Select Order By → default is Job Sheet number

• Click Printable Page → to print current columns or table
• Clink Export Excel or CSV → to export current columns or table
