Explanation
The quotation that contains all the work sheets that have all the information to do the job, to aid the worker in performing a certain task. Contains various types of details such as the prices, photos, estimated completion date, access details, key number, contacts and many others. Also known as the instruction card or job card.
- The Edit Job Sheet function can be accessed through the Create Job Sheet page, by clicking the link on top right, as you can see on above image OR
- Through the Trading module into the Workshop Edit function.
- In order to edit the Job Sheet, enter the relevant created Job Sheet Reference Number into the Job Sheet # Input Box and click submit.
- Check the red marked field labelled as Job Sheet # , that should display the correct entered JS Reference number.
- Next proceed to make any changes (if there is any).
- The Item are also available for Editing, by clicking the Edit option available on Action column.
- Click the Save Job sheet button upon committing the changes.
