Job Sheet Create


Menu Path: Trading > Job Sheet > Workshop > Job Sheet > Create

A job sheet is like a quotation that contains the listing of the cost incurred with the job.  A job cost sheet usually includes the customer name, address, job number, job description, date started, date completed, and estimated completion date along with the cost.

  • Select Branch and click Change
  • Key in Registered Member card ID or click MEMBERSHIP for search function
  • Key in Specific Customer PKID or click on CUSTOMER for search function
  • Select Supervisor or Person in Charge → by default is log in user
  • Select Jobsheet Date and Complete Date → by default is current date
  • Key in Usage / Mileage, Referencefor record purposes 
  • Click on 'Terms, State and more' → to put more information

  • Key in Group Discount Amount and tick Add Discountor click for percentage
  • Key in Item Code or click Item for search function

  • Click Edit/Delete → to change the item selection
  • Click Purchase Non Stock Items → to proceed to Purchase Non Stock page
  • Click Trade In → to proceed to Customer Credit Memo page
  • Click Save Job sheet to confirm the Create Job Sheet process

  • The Job Sheet Documents are sorted in an ascending order


NOTES:

  • To Create New Vehicle → click on Customer 

  • Key in the new Vehicle details at the Add Vehicle Page and click on the Create button

  • Click OKit will be directed to the main page of Create Jobsheet page with the Vehicle number auto-filled as shown in the screenshot below:

  • The item type search might be different from each user as system is "memorizing" the user's FIRST selection


Configurations for Create Vehicle Account

Menu Path: Control Panel > System Admin > EMP Configuration > Extended Modules > Workshop

  • To set compulsary fields for Create Vehicle Account, the configuration needed to be done.
  • Go to the EMP configuration page as per the Menu Path. Click on the Vehicle Creation tab. 
  • Key in the error message to be displayed if the fields for Vehicle details are not completed. 
  • Click on the Submit button.


  • Example above shows the Engine Number field has error message stated and therefore, if the user Create the Vehicle Account without the Engine Number details, the error message will pop-up as indicated in the screenshot below.
