Configure Role Permissions
Configure Role Permissions
Menu Path: System Admin > Manage Users > Configure Role Permissions
- Select the Role, you want to grant permission for, from the drop-down list.
- Click the function you choose to alter the permission, from the toolbar.
- Click a function on your left, then check an option on your right. Click ‘Submit’.
Example: Grant permission for Supervisors to view the report on Debtors’ Aging Report.
Example : Set permissions for supervisor to sell items below cost.
- SystemAdmin > Manage Users > Role Permissions
- Select User Salesman.
- Click Trading. Then General Permissions.
- Tick ‘Can sell item below cost’.
- Click ‘Submit’.
Example : Set permission for cashier role to use deposit settlement during cashsale.
- SystemAdmin > Manage Users > Role Permissions
- Select role – Cashier
- Trading > Create Cashsale by Branch
- Tick all or selected branches
- Click ‘Submit’.
- Trading > Create invoice by Branch
- Tick all or selected Branch
- Click ‘Submit’.
- Customer > General Customer Module Permissions
- Tick Permissions to Settle Documents
- Click ‘Submit’.
