The Pivot Report Tab summarizes expense data by aggregating the total claim amount and itemized claim amounts for each claimant during a specific month. This report provides a high-level view of the organization's expense distribution.

  2. Two Clickable Actions:

    • Generate Pivot Report: Compiles a report that consolidates all approved claims within the selected review level, enabling Finance teams to view expense distribution across claimants.

    • Export Pivot Report: Exports the data into an Excel spreadsheet, providing a detailed and editable format for further analysis and documentation.

Example Use Case

  • A Finance team leader generates a Pivot Report to analyze claims from all review levels for the current month. The report highlights individual claim amounts, helping the team assess departmental budgets.
