Rewards and Redemptions Transaction Report

Menu Path: Customer > Membership Program > Membership Points > Rewards and Redemption Transaction Reports

• Select the branch and change the date range.
• Click on the drop down list for the Transaction Type and select either one from the list. 
• Also, tick on the checkbox next to the drop down list.
• In case the checkbox is not ticked (even if the drop down list is selected), the whole transaction type will appear including Reward, Redemption, Renewal, Replacement and Adjustment. 
• Therefore, to generate only specific information, the checkbox for Transaction Type need to be ticked and the drop down list need to be selected. 

• Below is the sample image of the report generated.

• It also indicates different Member Card numbers and includes the Description and Transaction Type for any Item Purchase (Reward), Renewal, Replacement and Adjustment.
• As for the Item Purchase, the document numbers are included in the table. 
• Users can click on the Document Number to view the details.
