RMA for Multiple Items

Menu Path: Trading > RMA > RMA for Multiple Items

In EMP, user can create one service note that contain more than one item.

On the bottom part of the screen user need to choose the items that involve in creating the service note.
By clicking the item button user will be able to see the pop up screen that contain inventory listing.
After selecting the right inventory and the relative information such as purchase date, malfunction date, warranty due date and receive from owner date.
Then, click add item button.
To add more item, follow from the beginning steps.
