Sample for Stock Adjustment for 0 QTY

The following is the sample and steps for Item Code with 0 QTY and has amount / value. 

1)Generate the SBR-05 for the Item Code, with the correct as of date. Ensure that the Item Status is selected as ALL.

2) From the SBR-05 generated, the Item Code SAM123SK has 0 QTY with positive value. 

3) User need to perform Stock Adjustment 2 times for 1 Item Code to adjust the value to RM 0.00. 

4) Go to Create Stock Adjustment page, and the details to key in would be as follows:

5) Click on the Confirm and Save button.

6) Generate SBR-05 again with the same filters to check the QTY and value. The result will be shown as follows:

7) User need to do another Stock Adjustment (2nd time for the same Item Code), to remove the QTY.

8) Click on the Confirm and Save button.

9) Generate SBR-05 again and check the QTY and amount should be 0.
