Sample of GST-03 FORM

• Company Code 

  • • Create by User for easy reference. (Compulsory)

• Company Name 

  • • will be displayed on the GST-03 form.  (Compulsory)

    • Compulsory to fill in using CAPITAL LETTER / BLOCK LETTERS as per Royal Custom requested.

• Description 

  • • Description will show together with Company Name. Not compulsory to fill in in order to eliminated long title.  (Optional) 

• Full Name 

  • • Description will show together with Company Name + Description. Not compulsory to fill in in order to eliminated long title.  (Optional) 

• Currency  

  • • Base currency / default currency.  (Compulsory)

• Company Registration #  

  • • Key in Company Registration Number. E.g. "BRN" for Malaysia, "UEN" for Singapore.  (Compulsory)

    • Company registration number will be displayed on the GST Audit File. (GAF)

• Tax Registration Number 

  • • GST Number. This number will shown in GST-03 FORM.

• Integration Ref 1 & 2 & 3 

  • •  (Optional)

• User may find the company list at the bottom of the setup company function screen. User may also set 'Printable Format' from here.

• User may edit company by clicking the 'Edit' button from the company list.

Notes:

• Audit Trail Report will record the changes made under Edit Company Section
