Menu Path: Trading > Internal Stock Transfer > Re-Issue

This page is used to "cancel" an existing stock transfer that is 'sent-out'. The same details from this cancelled stock transfer will be used to create a new 'draft' stock transfer, this allows a user to modify/amend the details if necessary.


  • Step 1: Key in the 'sent-out' stock transfer number;
  • Step 2: Click button 'Re-issue Stock Transfer';
    • Pop up message: 'Re-issue stock transfer and cancel stock transfer' click 'OK'.
  • Step 3: Go to Page 'Edit Internal Stock Transfer Draft' and new stock transfer created: edit the information, then Click Confirm and Save to save draft copy, OR click 'Convert to Stock Transfer'; 
  • Step 4: Receive stock as usual.
