Purpose: Stores transactions that failed to be canceled from the IRB side.

User Actions:

• Click into failed transactions to view the reason for cancellation failure.

• Access error messages provided by LHDN.

10.2.1 Cancellation Queue Details

This section displays a list of cancellations. By clicking on a specific transaction, the user can view the cancellation queue details, including:

• Request Submission Status: Shows the current status of the cancellation request, such as "Submission Failed."

• Request Error: Provides an error message from the LHDN site explaining why the cancellation failed. This message might indicate that the document cannot be cancelled or that the user lacks authorization to update the document's state.

This section is designed to help users review failed cancellations and understand the reasons behind each failure.
