Payroll Payments Tab

The Payroll Payment Tab is a specialized section within the Claim Cycle Applet dedicated to managing claim items set for processing through payroll rather than standard financial methods. This tab is particularly relevant for claims categorized as "Payroll Payment" in the Claim Applet settings.

Example Scenario

A company processes healthcare benefits for its employees through payroll. These claims are categorized as "Payroll Payment" in the Claim Applet settings. Once claims are submitted and approved, they appear in the Payroll Payment Tab. The TIM payroll team exports the list to integrate it into their payroll system.

Features of the Payroll Payment Tab

• User Interface:

  • Similar to the Claim Lines Tab, providing consistency in navigation.

  • Displays only claims categorized as "Payroll Payment."

• Columns Displayed:

  • Employee Name: Name of the claimant.

  • Employee Code: Unique identifier for the employee.

  • Claim ID: Identifier for the specific claim.

  • Claim Item: Description of the claim item.

• Export Functionality:

  • Users can export payroll-related claims to an Excel sheet for further processing.

  • The exported file includes details such as Employee Number, Claim Type, and Claim Amount.

How to Use the Payroll Payment Tab

1. Navigate to the Payroll Payment Tab from the Claim Cycle Edit panel.

2. Review the list of payroll-related claims.

3. Use the Export button to generate an Excel file for the TIM payroll team.
