Custom Fields Setup
Menu Path: Control Panel > System Admin > Custom Fields Setup
This function allows user to add custom fields when default fields are not enough to customised usage.
- Add Custom Fields Name → compulsory
- Select target field from selecting 'Applicable To' → in which process the custom field is need to be filled
- Select 'Parent Field'→ if applicable
- Select the field 'Type' → how the customer fields function shown at system
- Select 'Compulsory' → YES or NO
- Select 'Status' → active or inactive
- Click 'Create'
- Clicking 'Edit' → to edit the Custom Field
