- 1 Box = 12 Packs
- 1 Packs = 10 Strips
- 1 Strips = 10 Tablets
- User need to configure from the Largest/Outer level → Inside → Inner up to Innermost level
- By DEFAULT, EMP use the SMALLEST LEVEL which depends on the configuration set by user above.
STOCK IN
- User need to perform stock in use Direct Receiving Stock
- Sample; User buy 1 box means 1,200 quantity in EMP after confirm and save the Direct Receiving Stock → which is smallest by configuration done by user
- Refer to Stock Availability
** Available Stock = 1,200
STOCK OUT
- User may perform Full Screen Cash Sale or Create Invoice to stock out
Calculation:
- 5 x 10 Tablets = 50 Tablets → since 1 Strip = 10 Tablets
** Refer to Stock Availability → refer above stock available was 1,200 qty
** Available Stock left = 1,150 (1,200 qty - 50 qty)
Calculation:
- 2 x 10 Strips = 20 Strips → since 1 Pack = 10 Strips
- 20 x 10 Tablets = 200 Tablets → since 1 Strips = 10 Tablets
** Refer to Stock Availability → refer above stock available was 1,150 qty
** Available Stock left = 950 (1,150 qty - 200 qty)
NOTE:
- EMP converts the stock to the SMALLEST level
