Stock Balance by Location

Menu Path: Procurement > Supplier Consignment > Report > Stock Balance by Location

• Select Branch → under Procurement (Permission)
• Select Group by Location → under Location maintenance
• Key in Item Code Fuzzy Search → if any
• Key in Item Code Range → if any
• Select Item Category → if any
• Select Item Status → default is active
• Select Item Type → deselect all will generate ALL
• Tick Options → for more information or columns
• Click Generate Report Now

• Click Printable Page → to print current columns
• Click Printable Page 2 → to show EAN code
• Click Printable Page 3 → to show Consignment Balance and Stock Balance
• Click Export Excel xls File → to export current columns to excel file
• Click Export CSV → to export current columns to CSV file

Tips

• RED Background : ABOVE MAX QTY
• GREEN Background : BELOW MIN QTY
• YELLOW Background : LIST PRICE BELOW COST
