11	OR-11	Multi Stock Card Report	This Report is showing the movement of the all item instead of key in per item code
12	OR-12	Batch And Expiry Date Report	Report shows the aging for batch and expiry type of item
13	OR-13	Stock Adjustment By Reset Moving Average by Company	This is the only reports shows the adjustment by Reset MA done by company
14	OR-14	Historical Stock Value by Level Report	Report shows the stock value with quantity by category level
15	OR-15	Item Weight Report	This report shows the weight which configure under item level
16	OR-16	Encoded Item Code Stock Movement Report	Reports shows the movement only for encoded type of item

OR-01 Stock Aging Report

Select Company
Select Date → by day or month
Key in Item Code Fuzzy Search → tick to search by description
Key in Item Code Range or Specific Item Category
Select Item Status
Select Item Type → deselect will generate All
Select Group by → base on Item Category Grouping
Select Calculate cost base on → Current MA, Historical MA, GRN Cost
Select Order by
Tick Options → Positive Balance, Zero Balance, and Negative Balance
Select Status
Click Generate Report Now

NOTES:

If you choose GRN Cost, please do not compare it with the Inventory Aging report, because the method of calculations are different

OR-02 Stock Aging Report by Location

This report helps to show the Stock Aging by Location, the quantity uses the first in first out method regardless of the calculation.

Select Company and click Submit
Select Location
Key in Item Code Fuzzy Search → tick to search by description
Key in Item Code Range or Specific Item Category
Select Item Status
Select Item Type → deselect will generate All
Select Date → by day or month
Select Group by → base on Item Category Grouping
Tick Aging Range (in days) → if any
Select Calculate cost base on → Current MA, Historical MA, GRN Cost
Select Sort by
Tick Options → Positive Balance, Zero Balance, and Negative Balance
Select Group by → location or company
Click Generate Report Now

NOTES:

If you choose GRN Cost, please do not compare it with the Inventory Aging report, because the method of calculations are different

OR-03 Item Code Stock Movement Report

Select Location
Select Date → by Date Range, by Month or by Single Date
Key in Item Code Fuzzy Search → tick to search by description
Key in Item Code Range or Specific Item Category
Select Item Status
Select Item Type → deselect will generate All
Select Group by → by item category level
Tick Option → to show GP amount

OR-04 Stock Adjustment By Reset Moving Average

Key in specific Item Code or leave it blank for all
Select Location
Select User
Select Item Code Range → optional
Select Date Range
Select Entity Type → optional
Select Sort By
Click Generate Report Now

This report also shown the "Entity" which link with the Reference Doc under Reset MA

OR-05 Item Stock Listing by Category

Select Category
Tick to display pseudo items
Tick to display category 1 field
Click Submit

OR-06 Stock Movement Details by GRN Report

Key in GRN # and click Load GRN → refer to GRN Listing

Click Generate Report

It shows the movement of the item from the GRN Date

OR-07 Stock Value by Level Report

Select Branch
Select Group by level 1, 2 and 3
Click Generate Report Now

OR-08 GRN, Purchase Return and Trade In Listing

Select Branch → refer permission Inventory (Permission) under Other Report section
Select Document Type → deselect all will generate ALL
Select Date Range
Click Generate Report Now
