This function enables user can create proforma invoice to customer for products not exist in the system (can not find in inventory list).

Create Proforma Invoice

Edit Proforma Invoice

  • Type the Proforma Invoice No and 'Enter' the keyboard. If the invoice has been approved or rejected, edit is not allowed, and the system will show like below: 

  • If the invoice still pending approval, user may get below screen to edit.
