5.4 Create Intercompany Configuration

Using the Organization Applet to create intercompany configuration. There are three methods to create intercompany configurations for branches. This section describes each method.

Method 1: Manual Creation

• Navigate to the ‘Branch’ submenu. In the ‘Branch Listing’, choose the branch and navigate to the ‘Intercompany Configuration’ tab, click +. In our case, we use this method to create an Intercompany Configuration for JP-HQ.

• JP-HQ will have two configurations as shown below:

Method 2: Configuring the company and copying settings to branches

• Use the Organization Applet and navigate to ‘Company Listing’.

• Select the company and navigate to the ‘Intercompany Configuration’ tab.

• Create the mapping configurations and click Copy configs to branches.

Method 3: Copy the configuration from the company in the Branch Listing

• Create the mapping configuration for the company branch in the ‘Branch Listing’ by copying from the company.
