2.0 Campaign

Once you’ve created your Project and defined your Segments, you can proceed to create and manage marketing campaigns under the Campaign menu.

Campaigns are the core of your digital marketing strategy, and they are always linked to both a Project and one or more Segments. This ensures your messages reach the correct audience, in the right context.

Campaigns are linked to both a project and a segment. This ensures your message reaches the intended audience under the correct project context.

3.1 Create Campaign

  • To create a new campaign:

    1. Navigate to the Campaign menu.

    2. Press the “+” (plus) button to open the campaign creation form.

    3. Fill in the required details:

      • Campaign Name

      • Campaign Code

      • Campaign Description

    4. Select Project(s) – You can assign the campaign to one or more projects.

    5. Assign Segment(s) – Choose the relevant audience segment(s) created under the Segment menu.

    6. Select the following options to configure your campaign:

      • Schedule – Choose when the campaign should be broadcasted (immediately or at a scheduled time).

      • Channel – Select the communication method (e.g., WhatsApp).

      • Endpoint – Define the delivery endpoint (e.g., associated WhatsApp number).

      • Message Template – Choose a pre-approved message template.

      • Language – Select the message language.

    7. Once all fields are completed, click the Save button to create your campaign.

💡 To create or manage message templates, go to the Template Message Menu.

2.2 Edit & Broadcast Campaign

  • To edit or launch a campaign:

    1. From the Campaign Listing Page, select the campaign you’ve created.

    2. You can now:

      • Edit campaign details if needed.

      • Click the Send Campaign button to broadcast the message immediately.

Once broadcast, the message will be delivered to the segment's users within a few seconds.

To view the performance of your campaign:

4.3 Campaign Reports

To view the performance of your campaign:

  • Navigate to the campaign listing page and select the campaign.

  • You can view detailed metrics on the main page of the edit campaign page, such as:

    • Broadcast Processed

    • Broadcast Not Sent

    • Broadcast Sent

    • Broadcast Delivered

    • Broadcast Read

    • Broadcast Replied

  • The user can also generate the Sales report by clicking on Generate Sales Report

  • Navigate to the 5.0 Report  menu for the full report.
