Company’s Tab

The Company Details section within the Organization Applet provides essential configurations and information that directly influence the e-Claim module. This section ensures that company-specific details, such as Business Registration Numbers (BRNs), tax information, and other organizational settings, are accurately recorded and maintained.

The Company Details section is critical for:

Example Use Case

An employee submits a claim for travel expenses. The claim must be processed under the correct company entity to ensure proper accounting and reimbursement. Accurate information in the Company Details section ensures this process is seamless and compliant.

Steps to Access and Modify

Navigate to the Company section from the side-menu in the Organization Applet.
Select the desired company from the listing.
View or edit details as needed (only authorized personnel should make changes).
Save any updates to ensure the information is current.

Details Tab:
