Engagement Company Access

The Engagement Company Access Tab allows users to grant permissions for employees to access all engagements under a selected company. This feature is essential for streamlining engagement management and ensuring that employees have the necessary permissions to perform their roles efficiently.

Linking to the e-Claim Module

The Engagement Company Access Tab is integral to the e-Claim module as it:

  • Ensures Accurate Claim Processing: Employees linked to specific engagements can submit claims tied to those engagements.

  • Streamlines Permissions: Grants access only to relevant engagements, reducing administrative overhead.

  • Improves Data Integrity: Ensures that claims and engagement access are accurately recorded and managed.

Example Use

  • A new project is initiated under a specific company entity. To ensure seamless execution, team members working on the project are granted access to the associated engagements via the Engagement Company Access tab.

To Add Engagement Company Access:

  1. Navigate to the Engagement Company Access tab.

  2. Click the + button to add a new company.

  3. In the Add Engagement Company panel on the right, select the company from the dropdown menu.

  4. Click Add to confirm.

By leveraging this tab, organizations can maintain a well-structured access system, facilitating efficient management of engagements and claims.

In the next section, we will move into the Organization Applet, which further enhances the e-Claim module by managing company and branch-level configurations critical to the claim process.
