3.3 Doc Item maintenance Applet

As part of the E-Invoice module, the Doc Item Maintenance Applet is critical for managing and configuring document types and item details. This applet ensures accurate documentation of item records, streamlining the process of assigning and managing document types within the e-invoice system.

3.3 Access the Doc Item Maintenance Applet

3.3 Access the Doc Item Maintenance Applet

3.3.1 Item Listing

The Item Listing page contains all items and allows users to:

  • Create new items

  • Edit existing items and view its details

  • Search for items using the advanced search filter.

2.3.2 Create Item

Firstly, you will need to create your Items:

  1. Click on the ‘+’ button.

  2. Fill in all the required fields, explained in details here

  3. Click on ‘CREATE’ button at the top right corner.

3.3.3 Edit Item

Once Created, Edit your Item:

  1. Open your created Item on the Item listing.

  2. Go to E-Invoice section.

  3. Fill in all the fields.

  4. Click ‘SAVE’.

Once Created, Edit your Item:

  1. Open your created Item on the Item listing.

  2. Go to E-Invoice section.

  3. Fill in all the fields.

  4. Click ‘SAVE’.

Missing out on any of the fields above may result in failure on getting your e-invoices submitted to LHDN successfully.
