1.Function Page - Add Item
Notes:
- Item Category has Level 0, Level 1~ Level 10 by default. The naming is configurable. Go to Control Panel > System Admin > EMP Configurations > Item Category Level Naming Scheme
- GL Code item type will not capture MA cost
- Need to make sure the inventory query for Stock Flow report exclude GL Code items
2.Function Page - Pricing and Costing
Notes:
- Please make sure the Tax Configuration is configured correctly under item level
- Set up the Item Price Levels
- The Tax Configuration and Price Levels can be seen at Add Item "Pop Up SCreen" when creating transaction
3.Function Page - Other Detail
Notes:
- EAN Code or Item Barcode will configured under "Other Details" Tab
- Sales and Purchase Prompt will be shown when user select the item while doing Sales and Purchase transaction
- Major Industry Code for Tax can be configured under "Other Details" Tab. This Major Industry Code will shown at Item Level when creating any transaction
4.Function Page - Pricing Scheme
Notes:
- This is the setup up for Multi Level Packaging which include price and quantity
5.Function Page - Coupon Details
Notes:
- This configuration is applicable for "Coupon" Type item which user can configure the value and expiry of the "Coupon"
