2.0 PO Line Items

This is the second menu of the applet where suppliers can see the listing of the line items used in all purchase orders. Seven columns of information are shown: Purchase Order No, Item Code, Item Name, Qty, Unit Price, SST/VAT/GST, and Txn Amount.

2.1 Item Details

2.1.1 Main Details

This is the first subtab of Item Details, showing information about the item. Information presented includes Item Code, Item Name, Quantity Base, Qty by UOM, UOM to Base Ratio, Unit Price by UOM, Unit Discount by UOM, Unit Price, Unit Discount, Discount Amount, STD Amount (Unit Price x Quantity), Net Amount (STD Amount - Discount Amount), SST Code, SST/GST/VAT, Tax Amount, Net Amount (SST/GST/VAT x Net Amount), WHT Code, WHT, WHT Amount, Txn Amount, and Remarks.

2.1.2 Delivery Instruction

This subtab provides specific delivery instructions for the line item. There are two sections: Delivery Instructions (including Instructions and Delivery Date) and Delivery Message Card (including From, To, and Message).

2.1.3 Department

Suppliers can view the Segment, G/L Dimensions, Profit Center, and Project connected to the purchase order under this tab.

2.1.4 Doc Link

2.1.4.1 Copied From

The first subtab of Doc Link shows documents relevant to the current purchase order, including Doc No, Branch, Server Doc Type, Status, and Date.

2.1.4.2 Copied To

The second subtab of Doc Link shows information identical to the Copied From subtab, including Doc No, Branch, Server Doc Type, Status, and Date.

2.1.5 Delivery Details

Under this tab, suppliers can see delivery details such as Trip No, Driver Name, Vehicle No, Job Start Date, Job End Date, Delivery Status, Recipient Name, and Qty.

2.2 Serial Number

Only line items with a serial number are eligible for the Serial Number tab.

2.3 Costing Details

This tab shows costing details for line items, such as Company Code, Location Code, Qty, Moving Average Unit Cost, FIFO Unit Cost, Manual Unit Cost, and Last Purchase Unit Cost.

2.4 Pricing Details

This tab shows the pricing scheme related to line items, with information such as Pricing Scheme Code, Pricing Scheme Name, Unit Price, and Modified Date.

2.5 Issue Link

Users can view a list of issues linked to a line item using the Issue Link tab. Each linked issue can also show the logged time, if any, used to work on it. The list of issues contains information such as Project, Issue Number, Issue Summary, Issue Description, Assignee, Created Date, Resolved Date, and Status.

2.5.1 View Issues and Details

When the user clicks on an issue, additional information is shown on this tab. Users can see Issue Number and Summary as main information, and below that, the Details tab includes Project, Issue Type, Assignee, Reporter, Summary, Description, Parent, and Created Date.

2.5.1.1 Planning

In the Planning tab, users can see more information about the issue, such as Target Start Date, Target End Date, Actual Start Date, Actual End Date, Calculated Start Date, Calculated End Date, Baseline Start Date, Baseline End Date, Billing Currency, Billing Amount, Cost Currency, Cost Amount, Story Point, Manday Target, Manday Actual, Manday Allocated, and Manday Billing.

2.5.1.2 Attachment

In this tab, users can upload any related or important information needed for the issue. By clicking the Upload File button, users can choose any type of file to upload.

2.5.1.3 Comment

This is the comment tab where anyone can add comments about the issue. After posting a comment, users can see the Date, User, and Comment in this section.

2.5.1.4 Sub tasks

Sometimes one issue can have many sub tasks, such as bug fixes or enhancements. This tab shows every sub task related to the issue. Users can see the Issue Type, Issue Number, Summary, Description, Assignee, Priority, Due Date, and Status of the sub tasks.

2.5.1.5 Linked Issues

Sometimes issues are composed of two parts, such as front-end and back-end. If an issue is a front-end issue, the Linked Issues tab shows the linked back-end issues with details such as Project, Issue Type, Issue Number, Summary, Description, Assignee, Due Date, and Status.

2.5.1.6 Work logs

This tab tracks the issue by the assignee with details such as Date, Name, Time Spent, and Description.

2.5.1.6 Activity

This tab is like a history of the issue, from its creation to its resolution. Some visible information includes Date, User, and Activities.
