1.0 Purchase Order
This is the view loaded when the applet is open. Suppliers can see the listing of all the finalized orders created by the customers. There are seven columns of easy access information available: Purchase Order No, Branch Code, Branch Name, Description, Purchaser Name, Created Date, and Created By.
1.1 Main Details
This tab is open when the user clicks on one of the listing data and shows more important information such as Branch, Location, Purchaser, Transaction Date, Credit Terms, Reference, Remarks, Permit No, Currency, and Tracking ID.
1.3 Account
1.3.1 Entity Details
Under the Account tab, there are three subtabs, and the first one is Entity Details. This subtab shows general information about the supplier. Such information includes Entity Id, Entity Name, Status, Entity Type, Identity Type, ID Number, Currency, Email, Description, and Phone Number.
1.3.2 Bill To
This is the second subtab of the Account tab, which shows the supplier's bill-to information such as Name, Email, Phone No, Billing Address, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3, Address Line 4, Address Line 5, Country, State, City, and Postcode.
1.3.3 Ship To
This is the third subtab of the Account tab and is similar to the Bill To tab, showing the supplier's ship-to information such as Name, Email, Phone No, Shipping Address, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3, Address Line 4, Address Line 5, Country, State, City, and Postcode.
1.4 Lines
This is another important tab for the supplier to see the line items that are related to the purchase order. This tab shows all the line items that are linked to that particular purchase order. Information such as Item Code, Item Name, UOM, Qty, Unit Price (Inclusive of Tax), SST/VAT/GST, and Txn Amount are available. The total price and total tax are also calculated and shown on the right-hand side of the tab.
1.5 Payment
In this Payment tab, suppliers can see the payments made by the customers. The information available includes Date, Amount, Details, and Remarks. Suppliers can also see the total and outstanding amounts at the top right corner of the tab.
1.6 Department Hdr
Under this Department Hdr tab, suppliers can see the Segment, G/L Dimensions, Profit Center, and Project that are linked to the purchase order.
1.7 Contra
In the Contra tab, suppliers can see the contra documents related to the purchase order. Information available includes Server Doc Type, Status, Date, and Amount Contra.
1.8 Doc Link
1.8.1 Copied From
The first subtab of Doc Link shows the documents related to the current purchase order, including Doc No, Branch, Server Doc Type, Status, and Date.
1.8.2 Copied To
The second subtab of Doc Link shows information similar to the Copied From subtab, including Doc No, Branch, Server Doc Type, Status, and Date.
1.9 Attachments
Suppliers can see any attachments related to the current purchase order in this tab. Information available includes File Name, Size, Uploaded Date, and Uploaded By.
1.10 Export
The last tab of the Purchase Order menu, the Export tab, allows a user to export the current document into an applicable format or file type, such as a PDF for a purchase order.
