Other Stock Reports

This report helps to show the Stock Aging by Location, the quantity uses the first in first out method regardless of the calculation. 

• Select Company and click Submit
• Select Location
• Key in Item Code Fuzzy Search → tick to search by description
• Key in Item Code Range or Specific Item Category
• Select Item Status
• Select Item Type → deselect will generate All
• Select Date → by day or month
• Select Group by → base on Item Category Grouping
• Tick Aging Range (in days) → if any
• Select Calculate cost base on → Current MA, Historical MA, GRN Cost
• Select Sort by 
• Tick Options → Positive Balance, Zero Balance, and Negative Balance
• Select Group by → location or company
• Click Generate Report Now

NOTES:

• If you choose GRN Cost, please do not compare it with the Inventory Aging report, because the method of calculations are different

• Select Location
• Select Date → by Date Range, by Month or by Single Date
• Key in Item Code Fuzzy Search → tick to search by description
• Key in Item Code Range or Specific Item Category
• Select Item Status
• Select Item Type → deselect will generate All
• Select Group by → by item category level
• Tick Option → to show GP amount
