Related Permission & Configuration
To automate the I.C. number to be assigned as the Membership Card number, the configurations and permission needs to be set prior to the customers' registration for the membership.
It is advised that the configuration set is consistent. Either to be I.C. automated or Numbers displayed on the card. This is to ease your identification and search purposes for customers.
In the function page, the compulsory details can be configured.
The date will be default to "TODAY's date (as in 'Valid From') and will be defaulted to 1 year after (as in 'Valid To'). However, after changing the 'Valid From' date manually, the 'Valid To' will still remain the same as earlier (not 1 year automated). Thus, the 'Valid To' date shall also be changed manually.
The Birth Date can also be automated from the I.C. number by setting the configuration.
For the details with Drop Down List, the details can be added in the configuration.
Purpose to key-in the details. For instance, the customer's details can be search by Name, Membership Card and I.C. number. Therefore, these details are important to key-in. However, the other details can be configured to be compulsory.
To configure the create membership module, go to the following navigation, Control Panel > EMP Configuration > Customer. Click on the tab Membership Program.
Before operating the membership program in your company,it is advised to set all the configuration and permissions. Advised not to change the configurations and permissions after a few customers are registered as membership. Unless, the company is changing the membership program policy.
