 Step By Step Guide
 Description / Usage / Benefits
 Transaction Aging Analysis1. Check the selected Branches.
2. Customer Account (Optional) - Click 'Select' to choose a customer name. Once done, 'Filter by Account' will immediately be ticked as well. 
3. From the drop-down list, select 'Show Accounts That Busted Credit Limit / Terms', if you want to see only the exceeds.
4. Date range - From and To.
5. Tick 'Outstanding Documents Only' to exclude Receipts already paid for Invoices.
6. Sort By.
7. Click 'Generate Report Now'.
This report is similar to Monitor Outstanding Invoice Report, where all outstanding documents are displayed. Instead of showing the exact number of days where a document is outstanding, this report display them into various columns, based on the configurations in the accounting module for various aging periods. Please seeAging Period Setup.

Also, included Credit Terms and Credit Limit. RED fonts shows that the Invoices have exceeded the Credit Terms without being paid yet.

Users can also choose to settle the outstanding invoices here. Just click eg. Settle 1001 to settle the invoices using Settle Documents.
 Transaction Aging By Salesman1. Select Branch or All Branches.
2. Choose a Salesman name from the drop-down list.
3. Enter Date Range - From and To.
4. Credit Limit Usage - How much percentage of invoice issued but still not paid within the credit limit.
5. Tick 'Outstanding Documents Only' to exclude Receipts already paid for Invoices.
6. Click 'Select' to choose a customer name. Once done, 'Filter by Account' will immediately be ticked as well
7. Click 'Generate Report Now'.
In this report, the filters selected can make big difference in the report generated. The special feature in this report is the Credit Limit Usage. This filter helps salesman be aware of customers who are almost reaching the credit limit. From this, they will be able to manage their customer accounts better. 

Again, the amount outstanding are divided into different periods for easy viewing. Eg :
  • 0 - 30 days
  • 30 - 60 days
  • 60 - 90 days

2. Click 'Select' to choose a customer name. Once done, 'Filter by Account' will immediately be ticked as well.
3. Enter Date Range - From and To.
4. Tick 'Outstanding Documents Only' to exclude Receipts already paid for Invoices.
5. Click 'Generate Report Now'.
To effectively manage a chain store, certain customers may buy from multiple branches. Hence, performance of the branch managers in chasing for collections should be monitored accordingly. This report helps senior management monitor the people who control the credit risk of the company.

3. Enter Date Range - From and To.
4. Tick 'Outstanding Documents Only' to exclude Receipts already paid for Invoices.

Very similar to Transaction By Salesman / Branch except that it filters by customer. This report lists down the 'Customer Type' as well. Customer type is set in Configure Drop Down List for Create Customer Account, as it can be anything or anyhow you want to categorize your customer base. Examples :
  • nature of business (for distributors)
  • demographic group - by age / gender / race
  • social preferences
 Transaction Aging Summary By Salesman1. Select Branch or All Branches.
2. Choose a Salesman name from the drop-down list.
3. Enter Date Range - From and To.
4. Credit Limit Usage - How much percentage of invoice issued but still not paid within the credit limit.
5. Tick 'Outstanding Documents Only' to exclude Receipts already paid for Invoices.
6. Click 'Select' to choose a customer name. Once done, 'Filter by Account' will immediately be ticked as well
7. Click 'Generate Report Now'.
Exactly the same as Transaction Aging By Salesman, but instead of showing all Receipts and CMs, this is a summarized version where only the total of all outstanding amount is shown here. 
 Collection with Invoice Aging1. Select Branch or All Branches.
2. Enter Date Range - From and To.
3. Choose a Salesman name from the drop-down list. Remember to tick the check box.
4. Click 'Generate report Now'.
Certain companies reward their salesmen according to how fast they manage to collect from their customers. If the salesman collect faster, they get rewarded better. This report shows all the collections within a period of time, and analyze each of the collection, to compute the corresponding age of the collection based on the invoice dates.

Basically, this report does NOT show invoices which are not settled but onlyinvoices which have been fully / partially settled. You should see Transaction Aging Analysis (as above) for outstanding invoices.

Please be aware that, the columns in this report, segregating eg. 0-30 days, 31-60 days are not how long the invoices have been outstanding. Instead they show how long the payment took to settle the invoice.
  • Salesman Total - The Total Amount collected from each Salesman.
  • Dealer Type Subtotal - Total Amount for customers with the same DealerCode.
  • Invoice Amount - How much is billed to customer.
  • Rct (Invoice Amount column) - How much is paid for the corresponding invoice.
  • Invoice Balance = Invoice Amount - Rct (Invoice Amount column)
  • Account Subtotal - Total amount Outstanding for that customer.
  • All payment modes, eg. cash, credit card, cheque are included here.
 CC-01 Transaction Aging Details

This report is similar to Monitor Outstanding Invoice Report, where all outstanding documents are displayed.   • Key in Specific Customer or Customer Code Rangeleave it blank to generate for ALL Customer
  • Select Branch
  • Select Date
  • Select Salesman
  • Select Customer Type if any configuration from drop down list
  • Tick the Options 
    • Show Accounts That Busted Credit Limit or Terms Only
    • Outstanding Document Only→ by default, it will tick "show outstanding document only"
    • Show Contact Persons
    • Show CM create from Bad Debt Relief → refer to Customer Bad Debt Relief
    • Show CM create from Bad Debt Recovered → refer to Customer Bad Debt Recovered
  • Click "Generate Repot Now"

  • Click Printable Page → to print current columns or tables

  • Click Printable Page -Summary → to print outstanding summary by customer

  • Click Export Excel or CSV → to export current columns or tables

NOTES:

  • Credit Terms and Credit Limit in RED fonts shows that the Invoices have exceeded the Credit Terms without being paid yet
  • Settle the outstanding invoices using Settle Documents is allowed in this report (e.g: Click Settle 1123) 

  • Click Edit to edit the customer account

  • Click the Transaction Number for Pop Up Document function
 CC-02 Transaction Aging by Salesman

 CC-07 Historical Transaction Aging Analysis

This report is useful for getting a breakdown of your customer aging report as of a specific date. Normal operating standards would require you to issue invoice, receipt for deposit and customer credit memo. This check helps you detect fraud and errors in customer balance account for audit purposes and also identifying the aging of the invoices.

  • Key in Specific Customer or Customer Code Rangeleave it blank to generate for ALL Customer
  • Select Branch
  • Select Specific Customer or leave it blank to generate for ALL Customer
  • Select Customer Type if any configuration from drop down list
  • Select Date
  • Tick the Options 
    • Show Accounts That Busted Credit Limit or Terms Only
    • Outstanding Document Only→ by default, it will tick "show outstanding document only"
    • Show CM create from Bad Debt Relief → refer to Customer Bad Debt Relief
    • Show CM create from Bad Debt Recovered → refer to Customer Bad Debt Recovered
  • Select Sort by 
  • Click "Generate Repot Now"

Notes:

  • Please refer to Aging Summary Total
  • Click on 'Printable Page - Summary' for total historical aging per customer

  • For Account checking and Audit Purpose, the Aging Summary Total Amount need to be tally with Total Historical AR
  • Audit Trail Report tracked the user which user generate the report, which branch and what date range → refer to Audit Trail Report
