Menu Path: Customer > Membership Program > Member Points > Membership Statement
Membership Statement provides the information and transactions made for a particular member
- Key in Specific Member Card ID or click Member Card for search function
- Select Date Range
- Select Branch → controlled by permission
- Click Printable Page → to print current columns or tables
- Click Printable Page 2 → to print the membership statement without point expiring table
NOTES:
- Membership Expiry Point will be shown at User's Default Branch but the expiry will be calculated per company
- Plug in for Yearly Expiry Membership user Task Scheduller → upload under file manager
- Job File → taskscheduler.loyalty.membership_expire.src.CustMembershipPointsExpire
- System will auto calculated the Expiry and show the Expiry base on the Trigger Corn on Task Scheduller
