Application Settings in Employee Maintenance Applet

The Application Settings section allows users to manage the visibility of various employee fields, tailoring the interface to meet organizational requirements.

Key Features:

  • Enable or disable visibility for specific employee fields.

  • Simplify the interface by hiding irrelevant data fields.

Main Features:

  1. Employee Listing:

    • This section displays toggle buttons for various fields related to employee details. Users can hide or unhide fields such as Employee Name, Employee Code, Gender, Job Title, etc.

    • Example: If "Job Industry" is not a critical field for most workflows, it can be hidden to declutter the interface.

  2. Steps to Configure:

    1. Navigate to the Application Settings section.

    2. Review the list of fields in the Employee Listing section.

    3. Toggle the visibility of specific fields based on requirements.

    4. Click Save to apply changes.

  • There are a total of 7 categories inside the Application Settings:

    • Employee Listing

    • Main Details Hidden

    • Login Hidden

    • Payment Config Hidden

    • Edit Tabs Hidden

    • Menu Items Hidden

    • Report To Hidden

  • Click on ‘Save’ when you finish configuring.
