3.0 Set Engagement Roles
To set up different Engagement Roles in each Engagement:
Select the desired Engagement from the listing, then follow the screenshot below for steps
Scroll down to the ‘Engagement Role’ section in the ‘Main’ tab.
Tick the box should you think any of the roles is non-applicable in this engagement. You will not be able to add any employee into a role that is ticked with the ‘Non-Applicable’ box.
Should you decide to proceed adding employees into the roles, click on the role field, a dropdown list will appear, then, select the employee names that you wish to add. Note that you can add more than one employee.
If you wish to remove the added employee from the role, kindly click on the ‘X’ button beside their name to remove them.
Once done editing, click on ‘Save’.
