3.0 Stock Adjustment

1.1 Create Stock Adjustment

Please click the ‘+’ button to add a new stock adjustment

3.2 Main tab

Please fill up the compulsory (*) information for creating the stock adjustment. Compulsory Information:

• Branch - Add new branch in Organization Applet

• Location - Add new location in Organization Applet

• Transaction Date - Will default put current date

Other fields are optional:

• ○ Reference

• ○ Remarks

3.2.1 Line items tab

3.2.1.1 Please click the ‘+’ button to add a new line item

3.2.2.2 Select inventory item

Please click on the item that you want to add.

All the Inventory Items are created from the Inv Item Maintenance Applet.

3.2.2.3 Main tab

After clicking on an item, the details of the selected Inventory Item will be displayed.

1. Item Code

2. Item Name

3. Inventory Type

4. Base UOM

All fields are not editable.

3.2.2.4 Stock Adjustment Tab

• Users can click on the Quantity field to increase or decrease the quantity of the selected item.

• Other Fields are not editable except for “Remarks”.

• After you have confirmed the quantity, please click on the Add Button to add the quantity to the selected item.

• Selected Item and Quantity will show as a new row in the Line Items Tab.

• Please click on the “Create” button for creating Stock Adjustment.

• Selected Item and Quantity will show as a new row in the Line Items Tab.

• Please click on the “Create” button for creating Stock Adjustment.

3.2.3.5 Posting status

• After creating the Stock Adjustment, the Posting Status will show as DRAFT.

• You can click on the “tick” box and click on the FINAL button to make the Posting Status from DRAFT to FINAL.

• The Posting Status has changed to FINAL.

3.3 View Stock Adjustment

3.3.1 Stock Adjustment Listing

Please click on a row of the stock adjustment.

3.1.2 In the Main Tab

Details of the selected stock adjustment will be displayed.

• Branch

• Location

• Reference

• Transaction Date

• Remarks

This is only for view purposes, all the fields are not editable.

3.1.4 Line Items Tab

• Details of the selected line items will be displayed.

• Quantity for line items of the stock adjustment is displayed.

• This is only for view purposes, all the fields are not editable.
