Inbox: All the claims that did not make it into the claim cycle, for example, claims that are being approved by the supervisor after the finance cut-off date. Finances have the option to choose whether they want to process the claim in the current claim cycle. Those that are not processed, will be included in the next claim cycle automatically.
Approved: All the fully reviewed and approved claim lines will be listed here.
On-Hold: All the claim lines that are being put On-Hold will be listed here.
