The Engagement Report section allows users to view and manage all engagement reports. Follow the steps below to generate and filter reports based on specific criteria:

Report Listing: The user can see a comprehensive listing of all available engagement reports.

Advanced Search: Users can specify the date range for which they want to generate the report by selecting the start and end dates.The user can also filter reports by the Claim Status, Final Approval and Submission Date using the advanced search and user can specify  the Claimant for on Behalf  and can specify the Entity. Select the date range under the "Submission Date To and From" field and under the "Final Approval Date To and From" field.

  1. Select Claimant:

    • Users can choose the claimant for whom they want to view the engagement report.

  2. Select Company(Entity):

    • After selecting the claimant, users can choose one or more companies to filter the report.

  3. Job Group Selection:

    • Based on the selected company(Entity), the system will display the relevant job groups.

    • Users can choose to view reports for a specific job group or select “All Job Groups” to view reports for all available groups.

  4. Export Report

    • After the report has been generated, click the Export Engagement Report button on the right side of the screen. This will download the report.
