You can also check your claim history by clicking on the ‘History’ tab. Here, you can see what action is being taken on your claim in the past. Please refer to the image below to access the History tab:
Navigate to the My Claim section from the left-side menu and choose a claim from the listing.
In the My Claim Edit window, click on the Claim Lines tab.
Select the relevant claim item from the list.
Click on the History tab on the right side to view the claim's history, including approval status and any previous updates.
