5.1 Template Forms
The “Template Forms” tab allows users to create template forms according to their own preferences. For example, users could create a reseller template or partnership template for their own company. Press the "+" button to create a new template form.
Users will then need to fill in the information shown in each columns which includes:
Form Name
Contact
Status
Active
Inactive
Email Template Title
Remarks
Email Template Body
If users wish to edit the template form, go to the main page and click on the template form they have created.
There will be two tabs in the editing page:
Main Details
To edit the main details of the template created
Manage Images
Upload or remove images to the template form created
After all the changes have been made, click the "Save" button to update all the changes. On the other hand, if they want to delete the template form, users can do the same way by clicking the template form on the main page and then clicking on the "Delete" button.
5.2 Submitted Forms
The “Submitted Forms” tab is to allow users to receive the template forms that are being sent out.
Users are allowed to check the details as well as view the images sent in detail in the respective tabs shown above.
