Field Settings in Organization Applet

The Field Settings section allows users to customize the visibility of various fields related to organizational entities such as companies and branches.

Key Features:

• Enable or disable visibility for specific fields in the Company and Branch modules.

• Simplify the interface by hiding unnecessary fields.

Main Configurable Areas:

1. Company:

   • Users can toggle visibility for fields such as SIC Code and Business Activity Description.

   • Example: If the SIC Code is irrelevant for reporting, it can be hidden to declutter the interface.

2. Branch:

   • Users can configure the visibility of fields such as XTN Mapping or Parent Branch.

   • Example: Enabling the visibility of the Parent Branch field can help when managing multi-level organizational structures.

Steps to Configure:

1. Navigate to the Field Settings section.

2. Select the area to configure (Company or Branch).

3. Toggle the required fields on or off.

4. Click Save to apply the changes.
