Menu Path: Trading > Job Sheet > Workshop > Job Sheet > Vehicle History Listing
The purpose is to record the company car service base on vehicle number which use "Label" function to differentiate the status.
Step 1: User need to Create Internal and External labels under Label Listing with Jobsheet Type
Step 2: Create Workshop Jobsheet
Notes:
- Please choose the Label Option from the dropdown list
- Intenal means its is for company's car only which user does not want to issue any tax invoice
- When user does not want to issue any tax invoice for "intera; car, Stock Adjustment function needed to deduct the stock from the system.
- External means its for normal customer's car.

Step 3: Generate Report → Vehicle History Listing
Notes:
- user can filter by type the "vehicle number", branch
- user can filter by "Label", blank means ALL
- please choose the correct "state" from the dropdownlist
