In some cases, additional points needed to be rewarded to the Member without involving any sales to them. (Non-sales rewards) 

1. For instance, points may be rewarded for being a loyal (regular) customer for 5 consecutive years.
2. Or perhaps, extra points maybe rewarded for total purchase exceeds RM 10,000 from the customer ever since being a member. 
3. Another example could be that, the member purchased total of 10 items within 1 year, so you would want to reward additional points for the member. 

(Note: The above examples depending on the company's policy on Membership Points. The number of years, amount and number of items are just for example purpose. It may vary according to company's membership policy)
