Menu Path:Trading > Purchase > Edit GRN
GRN can be edited only for several fields; Supplier Code, Remarks, Reference Number, Project Code and Department Code.
- Enter the GRN PKID ( GRN No) , click 'Submit'. The details of the GRN and the items will appear.
- Supplier
- Please note that not all the information of a GRN can be edited. Editable items are below:
- Remarks
- Reference Number
- Project Code / Department code
- If PR has been created for the GRN, system will show error message and user will be unable to edit the Supplier Code.
