Once all the fields are filled, click on Create Task. Note: All fields are compulsory to fill in EXCEPT for the Description. Image Added

The ERROR MESSAGE below will be shown or pop up if the task is already existed or created task has been attempted to be created once again Image Added
2. Check the recorded details of created task on Audit Trail Report Menu Path: Control Panel > system Admin > Manage User > Audit Trail Report Below shows the main interface that can be monitored by the user - All fields has to be filled in appropriately with correct value.
- The report can be generated either by selecting the User tick Option / Branch tick Option
- Click Submit upon completing the fields
