1.Creating a Backdated journal transaction:

The date is set as in backdated, example:

Current Date: 24 / 03 / 2017

Back dated: 14 / 03 / 2017

  • Choose the respective values for the fields shown as per the image below, and click save detail before clicking on Add GL Code.
  • Click on Confirm and Save button after creating the Journal Transaction.

The date is set as in future dated, example:

Future dated: 01 / 04 / 2017

  • Choose the respective values for the fields shown as per the image below, and click save detail before clicking on Add GL Code.

  • Select the date range.

2. Check the recorded details of created task on Audit Trail Report

Menu Path: Control Panel > system Admin > Manage User > Audit Trail Report

Below shows the main interface that can be monitored by the user

  • All fields has to be filled in appropriately with correct value.
  • The report can be generated either by selecting the User tick Option / Branch tick Option
  • Click Submit upon completing the fields
